After receiving request with photographs of hindering trees from the Units inspection of the unit will be made within three days and NOC will be issued within two days to the units. |

| Inspection by Building Proposal Office / relevant agency as part of obtaining occupancy / completion certificate. | ||
After receiving request from the Units, the inspection of the building will be made for issuing occupancy/ completion certificate within three days. The inspection report with specific remarks based on PPA / CIF approval will be submitted to the relevant section within two days after inspection. If there is major deviation in the construction the revised approved plans of PPA / CIF will be required. | ||
